How we got here
We have worked on the digital presence of businesses for years - car brands, dealer groups and marketplaces in the United States and Europe.
At some point we noticed something that did not fit the usual explanations. Clients with strong Google positions disappeared when the same question was asked to ChatGPT. They did not drop in a ranking - they were simply not in the answer.
We started measuring it systematically. First for our own projects, then for clients. We built the tools we use ourselves, because the ready-made ones only showed where you stand - they did not help change anything.
