How to request deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion" from the address you used to submit your request.
Include the business name and the approximate date of the request so we can find it.
What happens
- We confirm receipt within 3 business days.
- We delete the data within 30 days of the request.
- We confirm in writing once deletion is complete.
What gets deleted
Your check request with all the data in it, the report we prepared and the related correspondence.
What may remain
Data we are required to keep by law - for example accounting records, if there was a contractual relationship. It is kept only for the statutory period and not used for anything else.
If you are not satisfied
